Although it may feel like summer has already been and gone, we are apparently still amidst its sunshine filled days, apparently. And what with summer holidays and festivals fast approaching it is time to purchase a new itsy bitsy teeny weeny, a task I do not find simple or indeed enjoyable. Scrutinising my bare nekked body for that long, with rolls appearing and lumps developing due to the most unflattering of fabrics being stretched across it, somehow doesn't appeal to me, and as a big busted beauty one has to consider how much bosom is to be presented.
Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of my tiddies, but, I don't tend to get the girls out very much, preferring them to look smaller than they actually are most of the time. And when it comes to bikinis, there is a lot to think about- for instance, am I going to be running around in this garment? Is Janet Jackson's Nipple-gate likely? Also, does this bikini make me look like I have another pair of itty bitty boobies where my underarm crease should be, but instead it has somehow divided in two, and bulged out? Does this bikini have so much underwiring that it is now a unit of sorts? Does it have so little that my knockers are best mates with my knees? Will the halterneck strap slice my neck open due to the sheer weight of the ladies? (Failing to take a proper bra with me last holiday was a major mistake, my neck had a groove carved into it the entire time.) There is so much to consider, I fear I will never find one that ticks all the boxes, and still be affordable, with DD+ bikinis tending to be few and far between and far more expensive than your run-of-the-mill tie-side and triangle twinset I am bound for failure. Thank you summer for making everyone get naked, thank you God for blessing me with big ass tiddies.

how does your garden grow?
For the past few days I have been in Exeter, Devon, with the boyfriend visiting his family. And what with the weather being so glorious, a certain amount of roaming around the countryside ensued. As is well known if you have read my other entries, I am somewhat influenced by good weather, feeling anything is possible, a deep desire to go outside and engage in some sort of activity engulfs my very being and I start to feel giddy considering the upcoming summer months and what fun can be had! Luckily, we had things to do in the great outdoors in Devon (nothing too dramatic, mostly drinking in beer gardens) and one of these things was a walk with the dog so I could Czech out the local gym (as I will be moving to Devon for a little while) and whilst there, we had to drop some suncream off with my boyfriend's dad, at his allotment.
I had never been to an allotment before and I wasn't really expecting to get as enthusiastic as I did, but when there, it all seemed rather lovely. To have your own little patch of land, and to eat what you grow, knowing it's beautifully fresh and healthy. He is growing a wonderful array of plants; sweetcorn, carrotts, butternut squash, beans, peas, mint, rocket, raspberries, and much more! Whilst there we dug up some potatoes for dinner that night. Meandering through the greenery we could even pick strawberries straight off the vines, yum yum yum. Now i don't know the first thing about gardening, I've had a couple of plants in my time and they have always died somehow or other, but I remember when my sister and I were much younger, our parents giving as a little patch of the garden in which to grow things. A mystery pack of seeds later and we had our own flower patches! And of course there was halloween when the pumpkin competitions ensued, my sister and I battling to grow the biggest, I'm not sure who won now. But growing things is a lot of fun, at primary school we grew broad beans in jars, and cress on kitchen roll, someday I think I'd like a little patch to call my own again.
