it's a wonderful life

Well, both a lot and not so much has happened since I last wrote, but don't worry Darlings, I won't bore you with the details. (Needless to say I didn't get particularly 'Jersey Shore' in time for summer, and the gym is still the bain of my conscience!)

Increasingly often it seems unusual happenings keep, well happening to me. Now, this may be because I find things perhaps more interesting than other people, but let's see.

This past week I’ve been flashed (I say flashed, an old naked man stumbling around pleasuring himself in a carpark at 3.30 in the morning, gaining my attention by shouting 'Excuse me Love!' probably doesn't quite constitute flashing.)

I’ve also been stopped in the street for young budding fashionistas to snap and interrogate me over the origins of my attire (although this probably isn't very uncommon-it's October, meaning the start of term and I live in Southampton-the home of Solent University with all those 'artistic' courses-I go there myself so I am allowed to say this.)

And I have also been complimented/perved on by a seemingly sweet and frail, VERY old man, passing me in the street and telling me I have 'lovely, shapely legs'. I was more than a little surprised to hear that come out of his mouth opposed to 'can you help me with my shopping/to cross the road/down this step dear?'.

I await tomorrow's delights.

Until anon x
